I really like your string. I visit this store regularly and I also regularly present my loyalty card. Since I don't do small purchases, it was strange to me that I was not yet entitled to any discount that I had already drawn several times in other branches. After logging in to the mobile application, I found out that I have almost 500 points available. So if I don't answer, I won't get a discount at this store. In other words, should I look on the internet before every purchase if I happen to be entitled to a discount? Interesting that everything works well at other branches. I'm just collecting points here and nobody informs me about the possibility of applying the discount. (If it happened once, I'll understand, but not a single mention for the last 3 visits.)
