On the recommendation, I bought vouchers from Mr. Žák on December 29, 2019 for my dad; due to constant restrictions by the government, we could not use the vouchers. On December 23, 2020, I contacted Mr. Petr with the idea that someone else would issue the vouchers. The answer was that the vouchers have been forfeited since November, despite the fact that they are written valid for one year and that I am unlucky. Mr. Petr did not reply to other emails. Result? You pay for the maids and you get neither the services nor the money back. Despite the concession on my part in the form of a cancellation fee. Mr. Petr apparently massaged despite the ban on government regulations, so we had enough time to choose the vouchers. For me, a very unprofessional approach and a big thumbs down. (This is not done.)
