I have the consignment for the fourth day in the mail and no and not send it. It is not possible to find out when they will send it at all, because they probably do not use the phone. At least there's no one to pick him up.

With a great feeling of disappointment, I must say that apart from the branch manager, I no longer consider any branch employee to be a professional. So far, always nice, willing, funny gentleman behind the counter allowed himself to tell the client something that should definitely not happen. The fact that he was not able to find the stored consignments, clearly documented by tickets from the mailbox and even passwords to be picked up, I would be able to understand even if this ailment has been annoying me at this branch for a long time. But the moment the client insists that she wants to deliver the shipments, with the certainty that they really are there and the gentleman behind the counter starts shouting at the whole branch, that it's enough that it's arrogance and that it will return to her children and grandchildren? ???? !!!!!! So I consider this to be the peak of audacity and he should not afford such a thing to the client at all. If someone considers this to be assertive behavior that is certainly instilled in workers, then assertiveness is really something else entirely. I also work with dozens of human resources every day, but in no case and in any situation would I ever allow such behavior towards a client, and if I did, I would certainly not miss the penalty. We have the motto "The client is always right". However, an employee in a monopoly can probably afford such behavior. I hope that the management of the Czech Post, at least occasionally, looks at these pages.

The best branch I know. Nice and helpful staff and even humor raise the mood of clients. They do more than they have to. They don't keep clients waiting unnecessarily. He deserves great praise. Ivana Luštincová
