I called based on the discovery of bedbugs in the apartment, I talked to the technician about whether it could be a bird bug, because they have a nest of a dahlia in the bedroom on the window. From one found beetle wrapped in paper tape, he determined that it was 100% bed bug, that there was no fire in our country and that the whole house had to be sprayed. He did not even consider the possibility of the occurrence of bed bugs in connection with the fact that we were not bitten. So I paid 4000 CZK for spraying, and desperate and believing that I had a lizard at home and alerted the chairman of SVJ. A week later, another company inspected most of the flats and, according to the beetle carcasses found, consulted on the course of the discovery of the occurrence and absence of bites, identified the bedbugs as birds. I consider the intervention of the company's technician to be unprofessional, it was clear that his goal is not to solve the situation but the highest possible sales, moreover he did not tell me any less what will happen in the apartment, how it will take place and what we can or cannot do after the intervention.

Absolutely the best !!!! DOPRUCUJI VSEM !!!! During the last two years, we tried three different companies in a row, which made us a total of twelve of us ... from which the last company was "professional" the entire barrack and it was three times. Stenic we did not get rid of .... !!! We even said from the last company that the stencils can not be discarded and that they will ride every three months ... maybe we want to make a good kseft 😃. When we were confused with the fact that we would never get rid of the stencils, my colleagues recommended you to the company. I was told you were working on their board, where about a third of the apartment was attacked and the stencils were forgotten for good, and they are quiet for a year. So we tried it and you proved impossible. I want to thank you very much, especially for your personal approach and great understanding, nor do you know how great it meant for us. We were mentally full of the day. We even thought we'd get away ... 😢 In addition, you really come to see someone when you called me from you two months later and asked if everything was in order ... that man would completely assume they were yet people who know only about money. Once again, for the whole family, power and power DEKUJI and Zdravim.

Super access to our customers, we have replaced several companies, but we only had a feeling with your husband that it is not just about pulling our money. The previous company splashed the water, probably with water, they took out frivolous money and they did not pick up our phone. Your technician was incredibly nice, helpful and whenever we called, he consulted with us all. Moreover, we have three months of peace. Thank you, Hrbcik.

“Absolutely unsatisfied !!! AKORAD TAHAJI FROM PEOPLE PENIZE !!! THEY HAVE WRITTEN ON YOUR PARTIES EXPRESSLY BUT FACT IS OTHERWISE !!! PAN HAS BEEN WITH US ASI CCA 15MIN WITH THAT IT IS ALL ... READ YOU FROM THE APARTMENT AND IN ORDER 15MIN SAME 3000KC ... THAT YOU WILL BE ANSWERED IN 10 DAYS ... NOT HAVE ANYONE !!! When you call another company, I was told that after DERATEKU strikes quite often and that their work is AKORAD pull money out of people and spread of bedbugs throughout the apartment to have a job !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!! ”
