First of all, I'd like to preface this review by saying that the low rating is not at all indicative of the actual store itself whose contents are, in my honest opinion, pretty ok. "Orion" has become one of the more widespread chains that specialize in household supplies and kitchen appliances in the Czech Republic, and the products are fine. However, while the owners of the store steadily continue to improve the design & appearance of their stores (as well as the range of products it offers), what continues to decline is the absolutely TERRIBLE, HOSTILE, and occasionally downright UNPROFESSIONAL staff they continue to employ for reasons I cannot fathom for my life. Usually, the staff consists of middle aged ladies who follow the customer around the store 24/7 or continue to pierce them with a look in their eyes that could kill in an instant (behind the cash register). The customer isn't always right in this store (in OC Krakov), they're always assumed to be a wanted criminal. Therefore, the shopping experience here is one I dread anytime I find myself in need of a new tea strainer/frying pan. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store to my worst enemy, let alone another customer. Let this be a warning -- do yourself a favor and try a different Orion store in any other place than OC Krakov.
