As for both surgeries, disaster, arrogant, unprofessional behavior. Mrs. Polakova was still offended by us, that we didn't like what she was showing at our 4-year-old daughter ... her hand healed for 3 weeks, as she had cracked veins. And since it was several times, never again ... I recommend Mrs. Dr. Mala, who is a behavior and approach to children and parents, a serious professional in her place, this couple could learn from her. ... ..

This review concerns today's visit to MUDr. Polákové. It is true that we were not booked, but when I take a sick child from kindergarten, I go with him to the doctor right away and I will not order for a term in two days. I need to solve the problem now. During the two hours of waiting in the waiting room, she did not even bother to come and ask her daughter what her acute condition was. Then I went brazenly to the surgery asking if it was possible that we would ever come and the daughter was treated. I learned that the doctor has ordered patients for the whole day. This means that we will not be treated. I also learned that we belong to the second office. During my four-year life, at least five doctors have been here, and I have never been told that there has been any change and which doctor we are now in. In addition to a few changes to the attending physician, there was actually a move to the second office - so I do not know how to deduce who we belong to. I was once told in the center that surgeries are interconnected, that it doesn't matter which doctor will treat us. Apparently that is no longer the case. I do not know that any of the parents have been notified. If you have a parent's email database, why don't you send them at least this way with information about changing your doctor, changing your office hours, changing your "system" so that doctors are irreplaceable when we come there with a sick child. The proclaimed "extended office hours" - I guess so erroneously - understood as helpful to parents that they could visit the health center almost any time they needed. Not just in the limited office of a particular doctor. Especially if the child is ill, the parent needs to know what it is and how to treat the disease as soon as possible. I do not find it okay to get home and make an appointment for the next day - if the child had angina and it was Friday, so it should be ordered on Wednesday next week and enjoy angina at home nicely, or is appropriate as soon as possible to use antibiotics ... ?? ? I have always honestly ordered all my visits so far, and it has always been booked for the next or the next day. This does not seem to me to be the best solution with a sick child. I understand that patients are ordered, but mostly they order health, preventive check-ups, vaccinations and so on. Then you should have patients ordered so that there is always room for acute cases, not that "the doctor has ordered patients for the whole day", so for those sick time is not left. I acknowledge separate waiting rooms, but waiting two hours for a sick child may not be very beneficial. Regardless of the possibility of transmitting viruses and other unwanted infections through the air ... In conclusion: I am very, but immensely very dissatisfied with the nurses' attitude and behavior (without even asking about the health problem and its urgency), basically by refusing to treat a sick child (because healthy children are ordered there). If you don't manage to treat all the children in need, don't recruit so many patients. Or do you only treat healthy ones? You probably don't care about the sick ... And in fact, they suffer the most from this approach and take away the sick children. I think that MRS DOCTOR Solomon is forgiving "turning in the grave". Follow-up treatment in MUDr. Bajová was fine, setter and doctor were nice, thank you for accepting even without ordering and providing quality examination and providing sufficient information.
