I DO NOT RECOMMEND these products or the seller - reasons: 1. Recurring technical problem with ballasts for lights - for purchased luminaires priced over CZK 6,000, the failure of the ballast has repeatedly (just after the warranty period) - the only repair option is to replace this part. For the first time, a spare part could be ordered (albeit quite roughly). Now, with the second fault, this ballast can no longer be ordered. So I can throw out the lights. 2. Non-functioning technical support the first post-warranty repair (solution: purchase of a new ballast) was a "fight" (several phone calls instead of one, bidding on the price so that the price of the ballast was not at 70% of the price of the new light)… in the end it turned out successfully. second post-warranty correction - it is unnecessary to write to the official support email - my email from 15.11.2020 remained unanswered, the same email from 25.11.2020 without answer (= we spend Christmas without two functional lights). Only the third email from 8.1.2021 received a response, I quote the statement: "Unfortunately, this spare part is no longer available." End, dot. No solution proposal. In other words: throw away the lights, buy new ones. Nowadays, something is not possible / has no solution? This is not a company that you should give confidence to. For completeness, I will state that I am a trained electrician, surge protection is functional, lights are not controlled by a motion sensor and a short lighting interval, etc. - only if someone wanted to write a statement in the style of "I'm looking for reasons why it does not work "Perfect" products ". Conclusion: I recommend choosing another manufacturer.

The store on Náchodská Street has a sufficiently large selection and especially the very nice staff (young salesman), he knew, recommended, advised, was willing. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the store on Jeremiášova Street. Compared to Náchodská, the store makes a bigger impression and a more equipped shoowrome, but from the point of view of the tragedy's employees. We arrived 40 minutes before closing time with an almost final idea of ​​the required lights. At that time, however, a large part of the store had already been shut down, the staff apparently annoyed that someone had come, without greeting. It should be noted that we were the only ones in the store as customers. After the inspection, we already knew exactly which products we wanted to buy on the spot, however, only when the salesman heard that we really wanted to buy lights, he offered help. While the salesman was looking for lights in the warehouse, I still wanted to consult with his colleague about another possible light. I was obviously harassing the saleswoman, and she actually told me that if we wanted something, we should come sooner, now she wouldn't look for it in the catalog. After the salesman returned from the warehouse, it was found that they had only one of the required lights, offered whether we wanted to order it. I agreed, but with a request that they could send Náchodská to another store, as we are closer to it. At that moment, I was vigorously and very assertively told that it was definitely not possible, that the stores could not forward the assortment. Let us order the goods on the website and enter a personal collection there. I don't know if such behavior, which we witnessed at the Jeremiáš branch, is standard here, but a visit to the store, where we were clearly shown that we are actually (in an empty shop) annoying, does not come to me completely right. It should be noted that we left the store a few minutes before closing time. Personally, I really like Eglo's products, they look modern and at the same time elegant, it freezes all the more when you encounter such a measured approach in a company store. For us, Eglo Jeremiah never again, the first impression was also the last impression.

Great selection of lighting fixtures, we ordered almost the entire apartment and always the shipments came the next day well packed against damage! Unfortunately, the luminaires on the Internet lack the diameter data for the socket, so the bulbs that I ordered via Eshop did not fit into this luminaire. However, I assumed that when light bulbs were under a given luminaire as a favorite product of customers, these were suitable for a wire luminaire. I therefore turned to the store to which I was referred via email, where I learned from the lady that you do not fundamentally replace the bulbs (although I have the right to return the purchased product in the original packaging within 14 days!), So I'm unlucky and I was It should be read on the internet that all luminaires have the stated dimensions (no they do not, otherwise I would have ordered correctly)! Even so, I didn't let myself be beaten and brought the light bulbs to the store and the money was returned to me. I do not understand this approach to the customer and I would rather buy the rest elsewhere ...
