I went here on referal from my GP. I will never go again unless I absolutly must. I told them where I was in pain, numerous times (good luck speaking english here), and the doctor didn't even look at that area. After multiple tests I was finally seen again and I'm apparantly "all good", when I'm clearly in pain. Also to mention the terrible hygine of the place... When was it last cleaned? The local buildings are falling apart. I left the place feeling filthy and worse than when I arrived.

SURGICAL AMBULATION On 30,12,2020 around 8:45 pm I had to visit a hemorrhoid surgery. Before I went there, I called the ambulance to be sure, so that I could describe my problem. When I came there were 4 people in front of me, but I have to say that it was really fast on a treadmill. When I went to the surgery the staff was very nice and the professional doctor offered two options how it is possible to deal with it I proceeded to the procedure of cutting out I must say I was surprised the whole procedure was painless and every procedure Mr. doctor described really super max satisfied with this I want at the same time thank MUDr.JINDŘICH MATĚJKA and the whole team that was there. When you cut off a piece of your finger and blood visibly flows through the bandage, you still have to be careful if it doesn't happen after nine o'clock in the evening! According to a local very "pleasant" nurse, there is a curfew and even a bleeding wound is not a sufficient reason for us to leave our residence, let alone allow her to visit her at work ...

We were satisfied with the emergency room. Although full, quickly processed. The work must be hard. I don't envy them at all.

If you can avoid MUDr. Michal Zarub, so be sure to do it. Arrogant, totally unprofessional, I don't understand why he studied medicine with this approach. I arrived at the ambulance with a suspicion of a broken finger, the doctor didn't even look at my leg, he just said "there is nothing according to the X-ray" and that ended the whole examination. The report, of course, stated that he had examined his leg. Other staff very pleasant-nurse on admission, nurse in the outpatient clinic, radiologist, unfortunately the doctor is really very bad.
