I strongly warn anyone against buying from TOPSYS. About two years ago, we had a fireplace built in by this company. Unfortunately, since then we have been dealing with the smell in the room and the arrogant approach of Mr Diviš, who has been alleviating the whole situation for a long time and is not willing to propose a constructive solution. He does not react, after emergencies he apologizes for "unexpected local influences", or claims that the "defect did not manifest itself" and similar nonsense.
We are very satisfied. Mr. Šobáň was professional and willingly explained everything to us. I recommend further.
Great communication, quality French assortment.
I bought a fireplace insert of French production and I have it for 12 years. It works great and also heats the whole house with hot air that I have divorced throughout the house. During this time I changed only one grate and string of door seal in the insert. In both cases, they met me in the shop and immediately supplied the necessary material. I can only recommend this company, offering really good goods.
On the internet you can find lots of suppliers stoves and fireplaces. However, it was very nice to visit this shop. We had the opportunity to explore concrete fireplaces, but it was the biggest and most pleasant meeting with a vendor. It was a real expert who was able to answer every question and help us choose the most suitable fireplace. I highly recommend to all.
