Weird experience. First, several days before delivery I got 2 emails: 1 stating that my delivery was cancelled by myself (never happened) and another one saying that my order will be delivered on a certain day. I wrote them an email asking for clarification, no response. In the end, I got a delivery. But one item was not available and a driver told me I will receive a refund. After a week no refund. I called them, was told that I will get it soon (it's 90 czk btw). Then got an email from then asking for my bank account details to send me a refund, I send them my bank details. After one more week - no refund. I wrote them another email asking if everything is okay, one week after - no response. Trying to call them now - no one is picking up. I think I'll have to report them to Česká obchodní inspekce, even if it's about 90 czk. Won't be ordering from them again.

After placing an order and trying to email them(in czech) asking if we could do bank transfer instead of paying in cash during the pandemic. We got no response. After waiting over a week they finally delivered the order without any communcation. Things seemed to be fine. Now over 1 month later they are emailing us asking for 200 czk because they weighed our meat wrong(lol?). Give me a break. Do not recommend this company at all.

Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED after today's experience! I ordered in advance (7 days !!) for the Christmas menu. I ordered everything here mainly because of the raw material, which unfortunately was not available elsewhere (turnips). Not only did I not have any turnips in the box, but no one informed me that it was not available. At least they deducted this item from the total price. BUT!! Another mistake was that I had ordered 4 kg of CELERY (bulbs) and instead they sent me 4 kg of PARSLEY! And last but not least, they didn't deliver the ordered 3 packs of almonds, but only two. Of course, the price remained the same (in total I paid 1800 for the purchase, - so no small money). Of course, no one answered the phone (even though I called within the allotted time) and they do not respond to the e-mail. So NEVER AGAIN !! And I will solve it further ..

Great disappointment. They can't handle the order. We made the order due to poorly available vegetables, it was in stock and ordered 10 days in advance, the day after the payment we were told that this piece is not in the order ... communication is sad! not really next time!

Absolutely disadvantageous eshop. For 359 CZK they sent a poor amount of vegetables, see the attached photo. At the same time, it was in the season in mid-July. (For the same money, I went from a farmers market with a purchase I barely kidnapped.) When asked if this amount was okay, they didn't even get tired of answering. I do not recommend buying from this supplier !!!
