I absolutely recommend services of SaaS car rent company, Prague office delivered nothing but the best service and vehicles. Cars are reliable, safe and very fuel efficient (for the chosen class) Team is absolutely professional, courteous and forthcoming for any request i might have had. I am very very happy using their services for quite some time, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent safe, reliable and price affordable cars. Thousands of kilometers that i have travelled with their cars are a testimony of good quality of service combined with polite and efficient staff. Top marks for the team! This was the first time I used Hire Car Prague (or SaaS) and it was a great experience: - I could choose the pick/up and drop off (so you it can be delivered easily to your home) and also I was able to choose the time. I have to say that is the first time I have seen such a great feature. - Price very competitive, deposit much (much!) lower than other companies and no issues with payment methods(credit, debit, cash) - I had the car for 4 days and I did not have any issue,, in mint condition. - Absolutely great Customer Service (Irene and Vera in this case): great communication (email, WhatsApp, ...), fast responses. I can't stress enough how important this is to have happy Customers. Next time I have to rent a car, I will choose again SaaS. Thanks again and keep up the good work. Cheers.

Totally recommended. Very kind, honest and great service. Rented a car for long term and never had any issues. Very responsive, flexible and always helpful. I will definitely come back to them if will need a rental again.

5 stars from me. Rented a car with them for a little over a week for our holiday. We were able to arrange everything trough Whatsapp. They deliver the car exactly on time and they came to pick it up exactly on the arranged time as well. The price and the service were outstanding!
