Barkotex used only because they are a partner of Finep who developed the apartment. The flooring initially looked fine, however after 1 month bulges started to appear in between each floor plank. The entire floor in each room of the apartment is affected and looks terrible. After months of communication with Barkotex and the flooring manufacture, they took no responsibility for the problem and only offered a small discount should I wish to replace the entire floor! Do not use this company!
