Hello, I evaluate the work of the Hnat brothers with five out of five stars, or directly fanfare, or praise in front of the unit. They are masters of their field, and they are also fun. Their proposed detail solutions turned out to be the best. They are accurate and have a sense of the material and the space. I was honored to watch them at work and smoke with them during the breaks on the terrace. Communication with the company's headquarters is also very good. I like your showroom, the opportunity to try everything straight away (waxes and oils on a real wood surface), the focus of the offer on wide planks. PZ

We were very satisfied with the quality of the work done and with the initial consultation, but with communication it is much worse. Compared to the originally promised date, the floor was laid 1 month later and we waited for the perimeter rails for another three months. So a month because of another company that assembled our doors and months because of Empiri, because they came to finish the moldings up to 2 months after the promised date. The sales representative always promises that a technician will contact you within a few days, but he does not call or call. And this is repeated over and over until you start bothering you every day. In other words, I recommend if you want to lay the floor yourself. If you want it even with assembly, then only if you have strong nerves and five months of time.
