Unfortunately, I can't recommend the company. We invited ZZ GROUP to expel the martens from the soil. They promise 100% effectiveness in one use of the powder spray, which should be so unpleasant to the martens that it will make them leave immediately. (Application for 3000 CZK) However, this did not happen and the martens did not leave the soil at all. So I asked the company to re-apply the powder due to insufficient effect. However, the company wants to pay the full price again without a guarantee that the result will be successful. I no longer have confidence in their products or services and I cannot use or recommend their services.

I definitely can't recommend the company. I quote from their website "We guarantee the successful extermination of bedbugs". Definitely don't believe this "guarantee". We ordered the company ZZ Group to our apartment due to the occurrence of bed bugs. The technique determined the incidence to be "low", it was determined that two interventions with a time interval of about 10 days will be needed, which we of course agreed to, aware of the fact that it is necessary to cover the developmental stage of bedbugs (from eggs to adults, etc.) . Even after the second intervention, however, the situation was not resolved, so we contacted the company again. A third intervention was agreed, when we assumed that due to the fact that we fully followed all instructions (not cleaning in the treated room, etc.) everything will be done at the expense of the company. It was an unpleasant surprise that we paid over CZK 3,000 again. Subsequent communication was already marked by various statements and excuses as to why they could not return the money to us, at least for the third, unplanned intervention. In the final, we paid over CZK 9,000 for three interventions and the bugs are still active in our apartment. I would like to point out that this is a small apartment, 1 + 1 and bedbugs were only discovered in bed. The individual workers contradict themselves - for example, the attending technician ruled out the possibility that bedbugs would migrate to us from another nearby apartment, and then in a complaint his superior claims that "they did not make a mistake" and bedbugs travel from another apartment, etc.
