Hello, we have been ordering Christmas candles and all flowers from you during the year for 3 years. It's always been a bomb. This year? It's really awful. We always want everything in silver and pink and big rich orchids. We really put up with Christmas arrangements. You made us a candlestick in gold, which is absolutely not suitable for us with a tasteless ribbon. There are no live flowers - a few poor orchids. We have really left a lot of money with you over the years, but this is the last time we ordered. You really got worse and ruined our Christmas ....
