Extraordinarily good customer service. The staff has a professional, engaged and competent way of approaching the customers, where they listen to the customer's views and thoughts, while also offering their own qualified suggestions so as to find the best solution for the customer. I enjoyed very much my experience with them, and am very pleased with the outcome of my purchase, and recommend anyone wanting to have something framed to go to this place.

From here we have a beautiful mirror in a frame, which is perhaps unparalleled, a very nice lady advised us and helped us choose, we could borrow samples of frames at home and we also brought the mirror and hung it for us. It's absolutely amazing and I'm looking forward to framing a picture.
