Beauty of Rose Kosmetický a relaxační salon v centru Prahy

Disclaimer: this is not reviewing the quality of the cosmetic services provided because I never managed to get an appointment. I bought a 105 min kosmetika balíček voucher on Slevomat and tried to get an appointment for a more than a month, I tried sending emails, calling both numbers on their website, contacting them through their Facebook and appointment pages but NEVER got any response. I even went to the address and rang the bell (of course within the opening hours on the website) but nobody opened or even pick up the interphone. They may provide good cosmetics but their customer service is terrible. I ended up calling Slevomat to complain and cancelled the voucher.

I am having absolutely wonderful experience every time. Natalie is a true professional who knows a lot about skin, body and health in general. She is gentle and calm, fun and interesting to talk to. After DMK procedures I look 10 years younger straight away, as everyone says - and I agree. Very gentle with Lycon procedures, no pain, fast and beautiful results. HIGHLY recommend to those who want to look and feel gorgeous.
