The worst attitude and lies about the CZK 6000 car retention I have ever seen! The car returned on July 29 at 9 am and to this day on July 13 we do not have a penny back and they claimed how the money will be returned to the account within 3 working days of the return. I have called them about 5 times already, they are lying about issuing invoices and everything! He claims that they will definitely get back with more information about money and no one will ever call! I have not experienced such an approach! The car was returned in good condition with a full tank and I would be very interested to know when I will see the money back. Never more! And I definitely do not recommend !!!
