Don`t go there they about money not about clients. I needed teeth cleaning from doctor Vasiliy. I called them and asked for meeting to do this. When I visited them I had got x-ray examination and first check and consultation but I said that I don`t need it but they answered this is a part of regular checking process and insurance pays for all these. Finally they did nothing, make money from insurance and arranged one more appointment for tooth cleaning. And yes there was not doctor Vasiliy. I have wasted my time and now I have to wait one month more. I have nothing to hide my name above.

I've held my review because it takes time to see if dental care is worth it. Do not go here! My daughter and I are going to need to have about 25k czk worth of work redone. My daughter had a cavity that they insisted remain open after their temporary filling fell out. You can't clean that no matter what little brush they give you. She had to have it pulled somewhere else. That dentist told us to run away. Now every thing they did to her must be redone. She's 6 by the way. I can only guess what she'll think of dentists in the future. They constantly spread procedures out as much as possible. I assume it is to bill as much as possible as well. This seems to be a place where they hire young inexperienced dentists and charge what they can. The dentist had a great rapport with my daughter but was obviously not experienced enough to deal with children's cavities. They are friendly but that is it. Save your money. At best Smile Centrum's a gamble.

After my last experience with Smile Centrum Vinohrady, I have decided to change my dentist. My dental cap did not last 1 year and I had a problem to reclaim my warranty (I had to investigate with other dental centers and I was told it is fully covered by the center if anything like this happens). My last procedure that consisted of a simple tooth filling ended in neighboring tooth damage. When I went to consult this with the dentist performing the procedure, he claimed it is a part of probably old amalgam filling that dropped off - even though I was spitting small white parts of my tooth. This was the last straw for me and I will never come back again.

My second experience of going to dentist in Prague and I cannot be more satisfied 😁 If you are looking for a place which can offer quality hygiene procedure for your teeth - Smile Centrum is the right choice!
