Belles has always been the only place I have ordered flowers in Prague over the last few years and the reason is simple. Great customer service!

Nice flowers. I was disappointed with the delivery. I paid 199Kc for a Saturday delivery with a window of 90 minutes. I expected better service for that money. I guess it’s the courier’s responsibility, but the florist should ask for better delivery times.
