Nice, helpful staff, unfortunately everything is wrong. An interesting offer to import a shipment for Valentine's Day. Selected time window 7-11, delivered after 20:00 - although it is clear that they had a lot, a confirmation SMS during the day was enough. When we called around 16:00 when approx. the courier arrives, unfortunately we did not receive more accurate info. In addition, a product other than the one ordered was delivered. In 2 days they called us about the exchange for the ordered product and offered an apology of roses as an excuse. The courier arrived by appointment, but without a puget. I understand, Valentine's Day is Christmas for florists, but if I'm not good enough, I prefer not to do it. Even if I take into account a lot of orders for 14.2. and nice staff, unfortunately I can not recommend. It's a shame.
Very accommodating. Fast processing. They were the only ones able to deliver on the day of ordering. Within 2 hours the flower was handed over. Absolute satisfaction. The flower made her very happy. The lady who passed it on was very nice. I will definitely use your services again. All the best. I recommend!
Not only was the courier 50 minutes late, but they didn't inform me of the delay! I had to call and find out what was going on. The only info you will receive is an email that they have accepted the paid order. The courier didn't even call anything ... and the worst thing about it was that he DIDN'T SOLD it to the person, but to another family member. Disaster and never again! Spoiled whole surprise.
