I bought a few plants here last week. 2 of them are still wonderful and I love them, another one looked a bit sick. I took it back there and they exchanges it immediately. They are super friendly, speak great english and they give you good advice about how to care for the plants. I can only recommend this shop and will come back for sure

My experience is good. The selection was great, the plants were in good condition and the young boy, for whom there is a negative evaluation below, was completely fine, he tried to help and did not forget to give customers instructions on how to take care of the plant when marking. Which I think is great. I don't know a better florist.

Shop beautiful, but the service lousy. When buying a diy aeraria, I asked if the plant could be replaced (they have a succulent in the photo on the web, they had a cactus in a bag in the store, I wanted the succulent there as well as the cactus the cashier denied that it was not possible, that they had it already packed like this. So I bought a mini succulent for a packaged package with an aerarium and the young salesman opened the package for me, exchanged the succulent for a cactus (when he had previously said that it was not possible), but I still had to pay for the cactus. I don't understand why the reluctance and unkindness, when he finally did it and it was not possible to just replace the plant, all the time he pretended that we were all bothering him ... Customer service really miserable from the young man to solve, she was kind).
