Great doctors, very professional approach. Nurses on reception probably think they run NASA and behave terribly (probably not all of them, but my experience is very bad). Arrogant behaviour and treatment.

I would like to write a review about my experience, but unfortunately I did not gain any experience other than that I have been trying in vain for 2 weeks to call the outpatient clinic to attend an examination at the request of my doctor. The website has two contacts at the ambulance, which apparently NO ONE is able to serve !! Unfortunately, even the e-mail at the reception is probably mute and no one is even able to write me off. As a potential patient, I am forced to look for another device, because I really rate this approach as untrustworthy and unreliable!

I will try to call all the contacts listed on the website at regular intervals from January. Unfortunately, unsuccessfully. So I wrote an email, but again no response. And I'm a registered patient. I don't understand what's going on.

Environment quite nice - carpets, clean, bright airy rooms. I cannot evaluate orthopedics, but I am very dissatisfied with gynecology. MUDr.Kašpárková is moody, she is annoying. One thinks he will survive the preventive check-up once a year, but as soon as he needs something more, he runs into reluctance and inappropriate comments.
