General University Hospital in Prague

The tone, hostility, and lack of willingness to help over call...can't describe it. Is this really the hospitability of a hospital that has a website in English yet no English operators that can help?

Tourists are not welcome here. The staff at the entrance office in front of the pharmacy was rude and rolling her eyes throughout the whole encounter. Same thing for one of the ladies at the main office at the Surgery section. She was impolite, dismissive, and was unable to speak a bit of English. However the doctor did her job.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS!!! Extremely arrogant and unfriendly staff. Doctors and nurses are verbally abusive, hostile and confrontational. Especially in the Eye Department. The female doctors there seem arrogant and frustrated and the entire environment feels toxic and hostile towards the patients!

RTG is fast and not crowded at all, been there twice. On the other hand, no way you will get to dermatologist here: they're open until afternoon only and either booked or crowded anyway.

My father was treated în your hospital for about one month, I would like to thank everyone în Cardiology departament, intensive care unit, cardiosurgery departament, My father said that you have been amasing, thank you again. The only thing that I regret is that I gould not be there to know you, but you never know, mâine sameday I will thank you in personal.😉😄😃😃😃😃
