The best service for the visually impaired that exists. Very nice and helpful staff and the internet portal is not a mistake. In the winter, due to a serious illness, I can't go out and audio books are my favorite companion. I would like to thank all the employees and readers from the bottom of my heart for everything they do for the disabled. It makes my difficult life situation incredibly pleasant. Thank you
