Visiting the showroom is for anger. The service is absolutely reluctant, even rude, instead of advice and not finding a solution, they only list limitations and problems. I have probably never experienced such an approach to the customer.

U Romotop spol. s.r.o, I ordered a fireplace stove and thus the assembly. Everything went well.
I recommend the company
So when I read it here, I see that my experience is not unique .... shop in Prague has no sense to visit, maximally so you can look at the selected type of fireplace or stove. The operator is without over grape, do not know anything about the issue and still have the feeling that you came unsuitable. I must say that eventually this experience discouraged the purchase of their fireplace inserts and ladies preferred competition.
Unnecessary journey to Prague. Although they have opening hours on Saturday and their website, the store was closed. On the phone I learned that it was only valid until December. Then no one bothered to rewrite it. The second time I will not go there and prefer to buy another insert. "Sorry." will not give me gasoline and time.
