I cannot recommend this company because of bad warranty service quality. I had to claim my washing machine after 9 months and the claim was rejected because failure did not occur during their test. Although it still doesnt work when they returned it back to me. Never more Beko, their goods and bad service

BEKO is the worst electronics brand! I had in my apartment washing machine and also dishwasher. the equipment was initially faulty and with defect. After first using of dishwasher I needed to call service (which was also incompetent). I'd never recommend to go for this brand.

Absolute satisfaction with the products from this brand, we have almost all appliances at home and I would not change. The extended warranty for 5 years is absolutely excellent. We already had a lot of products from other brands and they didn't last long enough when our appliances "left" immediately after the end of the warranty period. The only thing that bothered us was the upper heating element of the built-in oven, which twisted and then threw out the circuit breaker, exactly three weeks after the warranty expired. Subsequently, the called service told us that despite the replacement of the heater, the protector would still fall. Therefore an unusable oven. But it's only one piece, the others work absolutely great and as I wrote, I would not change.

I live 20 km from Prague and I needed to repair a four-year-old dishwasher. I called the service that the Beko Customer Center recommended, but they told me they wouldn't come here, that it was far, and when I called back to the Customer Center, they told me that no one would come here. I have never encountered such an act. So be careful with the products of this company, because not only is their condition short, but unfortunately there is no normal service.

We have a dishwasher only briefly, we can evaluate positively the pros and cons, and especially the 5-year warranty inspires confidence in the quality of the product. Another good experience with the customer center (willingness and speed and willingness) I can recommend
