The doctors are not bad, the place is clean and modern and it is convenient having most of the specialists within the complex. However, the reception staff when you approach the desk is simply awful, making you feel absolutely unwelcome like you are bothering them. Over the phone they are nicer for some reason. They need to undergo a serious customer service training.

Had really bad experience unfortunately. Used to be their client myself and was happy about service and the doctors. After coming back to Prague brought two of my children to sing up for the program and got horrible attitude from two receptionists... to make the story short I’ll just say that the attitude was so bad that I left with two children with no desire to deal with them anymore.

Very bad experience with the receptionist. I chose one of the individual care programs and wanted to sign a contract. An agreement on a joint call followed, unfortunately it did not happen either. Explaining why I couldn't call and that it was my fault was unprofessional. The style of communication managed to absolutely poison me.
