A very helpful and pleasant man came to fix a defect in the pump of the 8-year-old Electrolux dishwasher. It took him half an hour and the price was perfectly acceptable. Thank you!

Defect-clogged drain at the refrigerator, icing in the freezer. The technician arrived earlier, as the time agreed, he did not have the necessary tools with him, he had to get into the car. The time was purposefully stretched over 30 minutes, due to the price list of the service, i.e. another half hour 300 CZK. The price of the repair is CZK 1,331. The repair was arranged via Ikea, although I do not recommend it quickly (11/2020 coronary period), and I will not use it in the future due to the price.

The first experience with the LAVAMAX service is unfortunately very bad! The Electrolux food processor became angry, grease leaked out, and occasionally a pin flew out and the control light flashed and the robot did not start. Takeover cool, nice lady, willing. I waited 3 Sundays to find out about the defect. Ash, I understand they have a lot of work to do. The result: a bad gearbox, the price of a repair is 4750, which simply doesn't pay off for a robot for CZK 8,000. The other reported defects were ignored. Ok I take a z5 robot, I had a technician call me to explain to me what exactly is wrong. He couldn't answer this question, he just repeated that transmission, but what specifically ??? Wheels, shaft, etc ... Answer - gearbox. At home I found out that he didn't even disassemble him !!! When I disassembled the gearbox, I found that it was full of lubricant and without a single pin. It was absolutely fine, I repaired the flashing light myself, the price of the repair was 1 CZK, really - yes, compared to the service, it was really a repair, not a replacement of the wrong part. This is the experience with the LAVAMAX 😡 service

So I visited the service in person, because I was told that they are not going anywhere during the corona. I took a broken oven 5 years old there and I was told it would be within a week !!! After ten days of my initiative, I learned by phone that the technician had not yet arrived. After three Sundays, I called again and I was told it was over. So I went for it and yet the repair was 300 CZK more expensive than agreed.

Good day, Today 13.10. at the time of the coronavirus pandemic - the technician came to the apartment without a crack and was without a crack all the time !!! In 3 minutes, the condenser drain was cleaned and collected 968 CZK. In 3 minutes of work you charged 450 CZK !!! Transport 350 CZK and 168 CZK VAT. I couldn't pay by card, only in cash. I do not recommend!
