Unfortunately, the experience I had with OliOla was disappointing. I was excited to try organic hair coloring and to get the purple balayage as previously agreed during consultation. The color did not come out quite as I have shown the hairstylist in the photos, and it also faded away after only one wash. It is true that I was charged only for the balayage and not for the dyeing itself but nevertheless, my advice is to ask for a coloring test in advance. I was also advised and agreed to cut and apply treatment for my hair being too dry. Yet, after it, my hair looks even dryer than before. Lastly, being a non-Czech speaker was an inconvenient for me since I was able to explain my wishes or simply communicate only with the receptionist but not with the hairstylist.

This place is amazing. I highly recommend it. The service is lovely, I got a beautiful hair cut. Martina was so kind and delicate with my hair. I loved it. For sure I ll come back ❤️

I positively evaluate the nice environment of hairdressing and the fact that I did not pay for the hairdresser's creation after expressing the owner. But it was the worst experience I've ever had in hairdressing. Ms. Lucie was uncomfortable and had passive aggressive remarks. When I explained her idea and showed her photos, she didn't show interest but accepted it. However, the outcome has been disastrous and absolutely not based on what we agreed at the beginning. Within 3 hours, she washed and dried my hair 4 times without giving me any thermal protection at all, although I asked her to do it during the second blow. She had no idea what she was doing or how it would turn out. It was supposed to be natural "balayage", but I ended up with thick streaks without smooth transitions, as if I had dyed my hair with one cheap drugstore color and without a mirror, and let it go off for 3 months. The hairdresser argued that "I would have grown up in 3 months anyway" and that I was "too demanding". After leaving the hairdresser I immediately ordered a repair elsewhere.

I was in OliOla salon for the third time and I always left satisfied ... But today I was leaving not only with a beautiful hairstyle but also with a great feeling! The hairdresser Michaela G. gave me the utmost care, chose a hairstyle that really suits me and did not insist on rapid cuts or changes, which I have met with other hairdressers quite often :). It certainly wasn't my last visit. As a big plus of the salon I evaluate the possibility of booking online, pleasant environment and natural, wonderfully fragrant cosmetics.

Leaving absolutely thrilled! I was at the hairdresser Pauline - very smart and pleasant. He adjusted the cut according to the draft, but my hair and I am absolutely happy outcome. Natural products are a big plus, the staff very helpful and nice interior. I have nothing to reproach. Thank you!
