HAIRTREND - Lukáš Klucký

I first scheduled for a haircut on Saturday and when I called to confirm he said he couldn't do it and had to rescheduled for Monday at 18:00. Left early from work to get there on time, at exact 18:00 I was in his barbershop and said he has 2 more clients and to come later. No calls no message, nothing. He doesn't respect his schedule. I don't recomand. Not professional!

I was in the salon for the first and last time. Katka took care of me, a very nice girl who can probably paint, but she certainly can't cut. She spilled over my hair, I was quite happy with it, although not excited. But it was worse with the cut. I have long, thick blond hair, and Katka cut it so badly and cut it out that I only have such cheeks now. My husband's first question was, "Jesus, you had a little hair": D Well, I'm laughing about it now, but the first few days I wanted to cry. Hair will grow back, but for 2500 CZK I would expect something else. I will definitely not visit the salon.

I visited this salon for the first time and probably for the last time. And it's a shame. At first, the unpleasant girl who took care of me probably had a different program originally planned for that day before Mr. Klucky stuffed me there when ordering. Otherwise, I can't explain why the work on my hair was so out of place I don't mean it badly, I think under normal circumstances it's probably a sleek hairdresser. But it was obvious that working in (just this?) Salon would not bring her any joy and that I probably wouldn't do it very well. All this had an effect on the result, with which I was not very satisfied, but what is it, it's just hair. I especially wish the young lady to be satisfied and to do what she enjoys. And the salon just the same smiling hairdressers. Then the client will be happy :)
