Very bad experience! Repair not provided, an incorrect technician was sent to us, who was also very reluctant and rude, and charged CZK 1,300 for the non-performed service. Nevermore! :-(

A very nice lady on the service line, who first tried to advise over the phone, when we could not solve the problem, sent us a technician. We called around half past eight in the morning, the technician arrived at half past ten and the boiler was repaired in a moment. We were satisfied, next time we turn to this company again.
