Annoying and arogrogatni staff. + Waiting 7.5 hours .. horror. Never more.

The Department of Neurology at FNKV is a nightmare for me. With a polymorbid and very exhausted grandmother, we spent more than 8 hours in the waiting room waiting for an examination without anyone paying attention to us - even though they had no acute cases in the waiting room. The staff was very annoying and uncomfortable. Only when Grandma began to faint with exhaustion did they take us and send us to CT - even though we had it fresh the day before. Then we waited again for a few hours for the results. The doctor dismissed his grandmother and sent her to the polyclinic for further examination and monitoring. I am very disappointed with the approach of the staff and I must say that I have not encountered such a long wait for treatment at the doctor.

I spent several days in the neurological department with very painful hot plate problems. NEVER in the past, I have not met such fantastic care and access of all doctors and nurses and other staff as here !!!!!! Thank you very much for all this very great help !!!!!!!! Miroslav Toušek
