I have been with my daughter regularly in the children's ward for more than a year and I am very happy - always very helpful and nice lady who likes to advise everything and still smiles :-)

My wife just returned from her walk and told me that she wasn't willing to let her in the library with a pram on the wheelchair lift (there are stairs to the adult ward). KJM is a tax-paying society, so it should humbly provide services to its breadmakers and not despise them.

Books are not the fault, they are wonderful. The staff has been the same for years, reluctant, nervous, as if the visitor had bothered.
