I met Juraj as my former colleague. In a sedentary job, I started to gain weight and so one day I said that it was enough and agreed on my first exercise. I appreciate the approach most. Juraj can explain everything by shovel so everyone can understand it ... and as the biggest bonus he can excite you to things you don't think you can do, but wonder how it works! I go to every exercise with a smile because my physical is finally moving somewhere. Definitely recommend !!!
