Always nice staff, last months without queues.

Terrible branch. Little space, only two windows, which is usually grossly insufficient. You enter the stairs inside, so wheelchair users have to ring the bell. Which would be nice if there was no sign on the bell that it wouldn't ring and you had to knock on the window. The window is so high that, in my estimate, the wheelchair user has no chance of reaching. Delivery for nothing. Even when you are at home, you will receive a ticket in your inbox that you have to pick up the package. Because it would probably be a lot of work for the post office. And then when you stand in line and go for the package, you are told that you have already picked it up. No one will apologize to you for throwing a ticket for a package that you picked up last week (also with a ticket) to your inbox. They have now reduced their working hours in this stupid corridor by two hours (probably so that people can meet them more), they do not deliver (so that more people have to go to the branch) and they still drag you there unnecessarily. And we pay them for this.

The behavior of employees is literally appalling. The worst mail in terms of speed and employee behavior. The ladies behind the counters are annoying and reluctant. And I rate this as a relatively regular visitor. I show up at the post office at least 2 times a month and the approach is always the same! Today's experience of a lady locking the door right in front of my face really upset me.

Employees are always friendly and willing. I'm a little bit sorry for the opening hours until 17:00, and there is also no barrier-free access (I will not get a pram).

Very poor working hours. Nowadays, when most people in employment are on average 8 to 17 open from 8 to 17 is simply unacceptable. The change is necessary even if the time should be shortened (eg morning and afternoon shifts). in the afternoon it must be open by 18:00. With this opening time I understand that Czech Post ceases to be usable for most people. If it is to be for people, it must be accessible to people. I have no problem with the quality of service at this branch. Even the speed of service is trouble-free :-)
