Overall reluctance and still impudence. It bothers the lady at the counter that I'm sending several packages at once. We will pay extra for Express delivery of the letter by the next day, but the letter will NOT DEPART in five days. Really delicious. You are at home waiting for a package, the delivery girl will not even ring, the paper that I have the package saved will be put in the mailbox, maybe in 4 days. Even though I pick up the mailbox every day, she writes the date from the day she was supposed to deliver it, but she puts it in the mailbox only x days later .... horror and terror

always without a problem, even if I have mail at the house, trying to deliver the package really "in your hand" :)

The problem is not in the Wet Post office but in the Czech Post overall. Once you order Package to Hand (Paid Service) and you will receive a message at 17:45 that you have not been reached at home even though you are waiting for a crazy day. Around 17:55 (if it happened to fail to get to the mail), the packet is stored and ready to be picked up. For the second time, you have a mail order package (why pay for the Package when I go to the mail for it) and on Friday (though it was supposed to happen on Thursday) again at 5:55 pm, your package is ready to be picked up. So weekend plus holiday = package in p * deli. Great ...

The lady did not want to ring, she left a paper, and it was not for the post of the packer, because the lady did it with her.
