I am convinced that in the current so-called coronavirus period, the post office did not choose the happiest way to check in at the counter. In order for the ticket system to work under the current regulations (enhanced in the post office space), it is necessary to introduce a light indicator so that it is clear to all customers. In any case, this means in the access corridor, which is completely unsuitable for waiting at 2 m intervals, but also, above consideration, above the entrance, external door. In that case, however, it is necessary to place the ticket in another space. The customer is not yours, so that the staff of the counter shouts at him as impractically that he will move me into the hall and humiliate him in front of others. This is exactly what happened to me at counter number 4 around 13:00 yesterday. The customer must not be forced by an unruly worker to recalculate the number of people in the hall. I stood at the door and there was enough space for anyone to enter and check the number and number of people. I waited for my turn and I didn't need to enter. I am a free man, I have not prevented anyone from doing anything, so I am asking for an apology from an arrogant person at the counter and for appropriate measures on the part of the management.
