Several shipments are not delivered due to force majeure and they do not even know about this fact by throwing the ticket in the box. So if the sender did not provide a phone number or e-mail for the shipment, the recipient has no way of knowing that the post office was not able to deliver the package and is lying at the post office! Furthermore, I absolutely do not like the system that if the post office is unable to deliver a shipment on a certain day, it throws it in the corner at the post office and the recipient of the shipment must request re-delivery ... It should be automatically delivered to the recipient's address the other day when it is not fault of the recipient! And if the contact information is not available on the shipment, you cannot even request re-delivery and you must pick up the package at the post office. But the post office will keep the higher amount it charged for delivery home !!!

Catastrophe!! They do not deliver the packages, nor do they bother with the delivery note, and the greatest audacity will arbitrarily send the package back without a prior attempt at delivery. At home nonstop 1-2 people who hear the ringing very well. All this repeatedly over the course of 4 years and in an effort to find and solve, fog, lie and perhaps even ridicule the post office employees.

Catastrophe! In the last 14 days, I should have received two shipments - a package in my hand. Nobody called that the shipment was delivered, I am available all day at the place of delivery, however, there is always an SMS that the package is in the mail. I will pay for the delivery service in my hand so that I don't have to stand in line at the post, but I can still go there ... It is not possible to call a contact from an SMS or email, it is not possible to call someone at a branch.
