Radostice - Obecní Úřad

The first written mention of Radostic is from 1330. Some historians associate the name of the village even with King Radhostem, the Old Slavonic kingdom. The Radostas were a separate estate and a knight's seat. In 1333, Mikuláš and Peter of Radostice built the Church of Sts. Simon and Judy. This event is recorded on a memorial stone in the church wall. The original Gothic style was modified during the rebuilding in 1772 and after 1850. Jinak Radostice is now a pleasant village, so called "Stainless Tens", you will get quite well from there to Brno.
