I have 5 children of different ages and characters. Previously, a lot of stress before and after treatment was created. What we exchanged for the dentist, the children are looking forward to every visit and treatment. It takes away not only professional attitude, but mainly human nice and empathic behavior of the entire Aglai staff as well as gifts of their choice. We are always treated with the greatest care. I myself have had a lot of complications with my teeth in a high stage of pregnancy, and I am very grateful how incredibly gentle it was. Big thanks to the staff and the wishes of quiet days in the office and all the indulgent patients because we are really a lot who want everything and now ..

Incredibly amazing and professional approach. I've always been terribly afraid of the dentist, but thanks to Dr. Kriz, I totally changed my relationship with dental treatment. Plus, what else was the problem so solved with a smile. And my children are so pleased with the dentist that she also goes with her grandmother. I recommend 100% and thank you for them.

I was ordered at 8:00 am. I arrived at 8:15 and sat in the waiting room, where a gentleman with a little girl was waiting. Pi. The form was gone and nobody was anywhere. I waited about 3/4 hours when Mrs. Formánková came out of Dr. Křížová's office, invited the gentleman and the girl to the office and told me that I was late. I complained that I don't think I'm late. Pi. Formánková told me that I was booked at 8:00 and now nobody has time for me. I know that in every office there is a camera that captures people in the waiting room. They saw me sitting there, but they waited until 9 am to tell me that I was late. :-) Sometimes I come on time waiting 2 hours and if I arrive 15 minutes late, they give me a different date. Pi. Formánková had a phone call during our interview, apparently someone called her and wanted to reorder because she couldn't come on Tuesday. Pi. Formánková ordered her on Thursday. I got the deadline in 2 months and I have to walk with a hole in my tooth. :-) Really nice start of the day!
