Oborský dvůr

Nice place to walk around, beautiful yesterday with snow 😊 a few kilometers from Prostejov, where neither peace nor snow is not ....

The oldest and highest part of the building used to be an original hunting and perhaps half-timbered chateau, probably from the 18th century (I argue with the data of the 17th century). The part of the contour of the square deviating, now referred to as the "turret", was probably supposed to be a chapel. The body of the chateau in the direction of the settlement Skelná Huť is further connected by a later agricultural extension, probably from the time of the change of use of the building (probably the 19th century). The building is closed by later extensions, extensions and other modifications, many degrading, which are from the communist era. The building as a whole has no general historical value, but it is an important landscape element, which was, however, saved by a complete replacement of the roofing, then other repairs ceased. But it is inaccessible to the public. Above this Oborský court there is a fallow deer park.
