We rented a car for a holiday in Italy. Car in perfect condition. They made me a quote at a very affordable price. Approach and action absolutely fair and in order. Everything we agreed to pay. For us maximum satisfaction and we can only recommend.
We were thrilled, the car as new, the price super. They handed the car to us at the station and picked it up there. I have no problem recommend.

Negative experience before the actual implementation of the car loan. There are 11 cities on the website, including Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, where we asked for a car. But not even for a full-time loan (Friday-Monday) this service is not possible. It is said to be only a long-term loan offer. But the websites are completely silent. However, we were willing to come to Frýdlant nad Ostravicí for the car. We asked for two possible cars, but despite the monthly advance we were offered a completely different car, with more than a meter longer loading space than we requested. One that the company does not even offer in the Internet offer. We communicated with the company for 2 days as idiots, did not meet the stated services and was not able to provide the size of the demanded car it offers. As a result, we resign from the delivery loan and lend a larger cart to a closer, solid company.
So this is the worst car rental I've ever experienced. I ordered an Octavia combi with automatic transmission. They brought me a victim of Superba with a manual, and they haven't returned to me yet. The approach of employees to the given situation is unreal. I'm sure I wouldn't recommend this business.
