Botanicus - shop with natural cosmetics

We visited this store because of the fame, but it’s really an awful shopping experience. The staff was rude, they just kept chatting with each other loudly which made a big noise, and didn’t even greet the customers while we entered the store. By the time for the bills check, a female staff who had a tattoo on her left arm was still chatting with the other staff. The only sentence she said to me is: “it’s XXX dollars “ . When I mentioned about tax free, she just said “I’ll make you a form” without any eye contact. By the end, she just handed me over the products I bought without any simple smile or “thank you” and STILL kept chatting with her colleague! BOTANICUS should find a better staff for themselves.

The staff is rude.And the test product is glass,if you broke it need to pay 50 CZK or 100CZK.I suggest to change plastic bottles.

Good product and not too crowd.

Can find a variety of natural cosmetics, soap, etc. Inside good to take a picture, fragrant gives a pleasant feeling. Must a visit for souvenirs or gifts for families or friends.
