Again, a very unpleasant lady at the dispensing (Blonde, middle age and without a veil). Arrogant, uncomfortable to look at, let alone speaking. I was here for the last time today.

I'm probably not going to this pharmacy anymore! Very unpleasant service when dispensing a recipe. A middle-aged lady (blonde) looked arrogant to me and was quite reluctant. Maybe I was just unlucky for a particular master's degree, but she didn't convince me of her professionalism at all.

Already several very unpleasant experiences with the service. Out of curiosity, I looked at the evaluation of the pharmacy here and I'm obviously not alone. I have not seen a more annoying and arrogant lady than a prescription. I will NEVER visit this branch of the Ben pharmacy again.

For those reasons in SO and NE - Closed !!

Reluctant staff. Ms claimed that it was not possible to combine pharmacy vouchers and card payments. But in other pharmacies, Ben can do it. So I do not know if laziness or inexperience or it is not the only one in this one .... Furthermore, the lady claimed that they do not have the product for which I came. They said they had a blackout from the supplier. If they had a blackout from the supplier, so the same product would probably not in the bena pharmacy in kauflandu only about 2 km next to where they did not know about any outage ... The overall behavior of the saleswoman seemed to be there at all. And this person is working at a place where people need advice from him.
