I only wanted three roses ..... well from the beginning the lady looked pleasant but her behavior .... horror .... unpleasant, reluctant, unable to agree with you on how you want to wrap it .... or decorate. I definitely do not recommend, if I do not have to, I will never go there again !!! If I didn't have to, I wouldn't give a single star!

I will ask for three roses for a girlfriend for Valentine's Day and decorate them decently ... Three roses, a grate and a nice heart on a stick ... calculator ... bum bum, 700, -. I paid, I left and I will never go there again ;-)

It's a pity that I didn't look at the reviews of the drive, I wanted to buy a flower in the last flower shop before the sale, so that I wouldn't have to carry a dog across the city with a cat and dog, and that was a mistake. I gave the lady a budget of 700 CZK, I was expecting a beautiful rich bouquet, which I will always get in my favorite florist even for a lower price, which will go well and what the lady tied to me was a word of tragedy, and I was ashamed to sell it myself . I was so dismayed that I forgot to take a picture of her. I must have been there for the last time.

Hello. I don't know who the owner or employee is in this florist, but no one can behave there !!! Arrogant, cheeky to bad service is all the more striking if it's one of the owners. In short, two basic words are missing in the Czech Republic. Please..... Thank you.... Nobody wants servility and bowing, but just a decent demeanor. That's simply missing here with flowers! According to reviews, I'm not the only one who complains about the behavior of the staff. It only depends on each of you if you go shopping there.

I have never experienced such unpleasant service. The older lady sees the young girl and immediately needs to teach. I came for the flower, not for the 5min lecture. I determined the amount of the price that should fit in and was not able to do it, it stretched me for more money. In addition, she probably felt like I was buying a flower for the first time, and I guess I wouldn't think of putting it in water. Such a person does not belong to the services.
