But others - the same size - had me sent again (when I wanted to replace the original package with the recipient). I just don't understand how they can provide a service for which they have no responsibility at all. I don't understand how something like this can be legal at all - selling something that can't be complained about. You pay for something you don't even know will turn out, something you can't rely on. Or you pay extra to be able to rely (recommended). But this is a problem in general posts, not this affiliate. I am always checked in quickly at the branch. If only they didn't always force me things (lottery tickets, coloring books) that I don't want.
