So after years, when there were five stars from me, I give the opposite. Fortunately, the employees who have contributed to the original rating already work for another employer for them and now it's classic Mail. Two out of ten windows. Twenty people in line. At one window, twenty letters are sent at the same time, and at the other, the operator is trying to sell another pensioner to the pensioner, even if he only came to pay the postal order. In addition, the summoning system will not allow the use of the entire even limited capacity of the counters, as they have little to do with the packaging at times and have crazy queues on letters and other services.

Catastrophically slow. It's not the fault of the employees, who are always nice, but when they are always open only + - 3 windows out of about 15 so it is clear that it is for a long time. Definitely a management error. Given that I experience this situation there on every visit, which fortunately is not much, the inability of management is extremely long-term.

Package in hand. All day at home, I'm waiting. I just accidentally open the email and I said I wasn't caught. The bell works, I'm still on my cell phone. This is not the first time and I am very dissatisfied with the services of the Czech Post. I don't pay postage to go it alone.

I would really like the Package option to go away from all stores. Because the same package is not delivered even though one is at home. And it's stored in the mail. This will make it easier. And if the delivery man is already bothering to ring, for example, and throws the ticket in the box, then at least write the time of the throw. 🤦🏻‍♀️ It's really not nuclear physics.

During one day I got here twice that I slowly allowed myself to want something from them :)
