They do not answer the phone listed on the ticket. Terrible waiting time and access to point -100. How else can it be at the worst post office in Č.B. They do not deliver packages or letters and only throw tickets in boxes. The last experience was such that when asked directly about whether the delivery woman has a shipment for me, she replied that not today, waited until I closed the door and then threw FOUR TICKETS INTO THE MAILBOX ...

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH 15M2 / 1 PERSON - In the event of an emergency, the min. 10 people, inside over 20 people, adherence to 15 m2 / 1person absolutely for ČP mockery. How come these regulations are strictly observed in stores - numbered baskets, security and this does not apply to ČP ??? A visit to this ČP horror, terror, suffering and a long waiting time, in operation on average 2 windows out of 5. The designation "accommodating mail" is a paradox in this case.

I sent a cash on delivery package with the post office sending money to my account, I filled in everything, paid for the package 236, - and it's been 14 days and I still don't have the money in my account, the post office doesn't intend to communicate absolutely and keeps me CZK 10,200! !! Outrage !!! Is that how you treat the customer ?!
