Unfortunately, their communication is appalling. I chatted with them via email and one of the first questions was if they were making a laser. Without an answer. Even so, I made an appointment, but I could not show up due to illness, so I apologized to them early that morning and asked for an alternative appointment. I received a message from them literally "unfortunately" without a greeting or a hint of interest in the client. I'm glad I didn't even try the studio. I'd love to find another one. I can't rate the services. Maybe they are good quality anyway communication would really like to improve ...

Their approach is absolutely appalling. Contemptuous and arrogant behavior. Once and enough!
